Three weeks ago I had the pleasure of discovering Air Food , a new very promising French bistronomic restaurant just a step away from the Santa Monica Pier. You know, since I was an expatriate, I am always looking for my origins when it comes to restoring me.
Here warm welcome and refined and original French cuisine are de rigueur . Each dish is creative (colors, tastes, textures) and you will always find the little touch of the chef, Thierry, which makes all the difference ... I chose the Artichoke and I rarely enjoyed so much with an entry, The Salmon in main course and the Cream in dessert, is the best crème brûlée of my life ... in short everything is succulent and believe me, I am quite picky in the matter!
